OkPowermystreet is the first ever engagement campaign of its kind: offering all Londoners the possibility to choose their preferred on-street location for new electric vehicles (EV) charge points.
Air quality is recognised by political stakeholders as a public health crisis. According to government figures, the biggest contributor to harmful pollutants is road transport. There are over 400 schools in London in areas breaking pollution laws.
This initiative is supported by Source London, London’s leading charge point provider, and thanks to your contributions Source London will ensure that locations are chosen strategically to suit your needs.
We will collaborate closely with all of London's Boroughs to facilitate the installation of charge points in areas of high demand and accelerate the development of the existing infrastructure. We are confident this is the only effective way to encourage more people to use non-polluting cars and improve the air we breathe daily.
Together we can transform London into a true EV capital of the world and hope you will join us in making this a reality.
For more information, please contact Source London.
